Position: Digital Marketing Manager
Experience: 8 to 10 years
Location: Kharadi, Pune
Notice Period: Immediate to 20 days
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Define and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead, mentor, and execute SEO, Social Media, and Performance Marketing teams
- Plan and manage monthly/quarterly marketing roadmaps, budgets, and KPIs (ROI, CPL, CAC)
- Own SEO strategy (On-page, Off-page, Technical) to drive organic traffic, rankings, and conversions
- Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads for lead generation and performance efficiency
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to benchmark performance, identify gaps, and define growth opportunities
- Monitor campaigns using GA4, Search Console, and Ads Manager; prepare performance reports
- Collaborate with Sales, Content, Design, and Tech teams to support lead generation and revenue growth
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong expertise in SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Search Console, and Ads platforms
- Proven leadership, strategic planning, and analytical skills
- EdTech industry experience will be an added advantage
