Job Description

Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social media, email, and other online platforms. The role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in lead generation, brand building, and analytics-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.), and other relevant channels.
  • Drive SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor content marketing, email campaigns, and paid promotions.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
  • Lead the digital marketing team and coordinate with internal stakeholders for campaign alignment.
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing with hands-on campaign management.
  • Strong experience in SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and lead generation.
  • Excellent knowledge of analytics, reporting, and performance measurement.
  • Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment

Preferred:

  • Experience in the financial services or product-based industry.
  • Exposure to marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
