  • Location: Central
  • Salary $5,000 - $6,500
  • Working Day: 5 days
  • Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon-Thu), 8.30am to 5.30pm (Fri)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing plans to drive incremental lead targets for campaigns.
  • Manage end-to-end digital campaigns including digital media planning, SEM, SEO, AEO, GEO, paid social media advertising, content optimisation, campaign landing page/website optimisation, marketing automation, and email marketing.
  • Monitor, analyse, and fine-tune campaign performance through data-driven insights.
  • Provide campaign performance reporting (daily, weekly, and monthly) using analytics tools and CRM platforms such as Power BI and HubSpot.
  • Fine-tune marketing strategies and media plans based on campaign performance.
  • Work closely with Corporate and Programme Marketing teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver lead targets and campaign objectives.
  • Work with partners to maintain, monitor, review, analyse, optimise, and report on GenAI tools used by the company.
  • Conduct competitor studies and report on key performance metrics.
  • Support marketing events, conferences, and other company initiatives when required, including occasional weekends.
  • Assist with marketing budget planning, allocation monitoring, expenditure tracking, and management against objectives and targets.
  • Manage Digital Marketing Executive/Senior Executive in the daily execution of digital marketing duties.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
  • Strong experience in Google Ads, SEO, AEO, GEO, and paid social media marketing (Meta Ads preferred).
  • Experience in CRM, marketing automation, media planning/buying, and project management.
  • Proficient in analytics tools and campaign performance optimisation.
  • Experience managing agencies/vendors and working within budgets and deadlines.
  • Prior team leadership and people management experience is preferred.
