Digital Marketing Manager

Diamond Atelier is a New York–headquartered lab-grown diamond company specializing in premium loose diamonds for B2B clients across the USA. As we continue to grow, we are building our own jewelry brand in New York. Our manufacturing factories are located in Surat, and we have supporting creative and operational teams in Mumbai (Andheri West) and Delhi.

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Rockstar who knows how to grow brands online.

Someone who can run ads, build a strategy, understand trends, and work closely with the creative team to create campaigns that actually perform.

Job Location: Mumbai (Andheri West)

⌚Timing : Night Shit (7pm to 4am)

What You'll Do

- Run and manage Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook) + Google Ads + TikTok Ads

- Create a marketing strategy for our new luxury jewelry brand launch

- Work with creatives (designers/editors/content team) to create high-performing ads

- Plan campaigns for Reels, Collections, Website Launches, and Offers

- Track performance (sales, leads, ROAS, CPC) and improve results every week

- Help grow our brand presence online — smartly + consistently

- Create reports & insights (what worked, what didn't, what to do next)

What We Want In You

- 2–6 years of experience in digital marketing/performance marketing

- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads + Google Ads + TikTok Ads

- Ability to understand both creative + analytics

- You should know how to scale campaigns, not just run them

- Fashion / luxury / jewelry / D2C experience is a big plus

- Organized, proactive, and hungry to grow
