What You Will DoLead the Digital Growth Engine- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, and YouTube
- Build high-intent funnels for travel package conversions
- Deliver improvements across CPL, CAC, ROAS, and other key performance metrics
Own Lead Quality and Volume- Generate consistent, sales-ready leads for our travel consultants
- Align closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead flow and conversion optimization
- Blend Data With Creativity
- Analyse performance through GA4, Ads Manager, and GTM to develop actionable insights
- Experiment with creatives, landing pages, and offers using A/B testing
- Identify seasonal trends, opportunities, and audience behaviours
Manage Budgets with Precision- Allocate budgets wisely across channels
- Scale high-performing campaigns and eliminate inefficiencies
- Ensure maximum ROI for every rupee spent
What You Bring- 14 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
- Experience in travel or similar experience-driven industries is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of paid ads, funnels, attribution models, and retargeting strategies
- Ability to think analytically and creatively
- High ownership, curiosity, and ambition to grow quickly
