Who We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in digital performance marketing with a strong focus on paid search, paid social, and lead generation
- Strong hands‑on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Highly analytical, data‑driven marketer with a focus on measurable performance
- Proven ability to manage and optimize paid media budgets and vendor partners
- Comfortable overseeing automotive digital advertising vendors and OEM co‑op programs
- Solid understanding of automotive promotions, offer pacing, and sales alignment
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment
Schedule: Full‑Time
Compensation: $75,000-$90,000 per year
What Your Day Will Look Like
- Drive traffic, leads, and short‑term revenue impact through paid search, paid social, and retargeting campaigns
- Manage Google Ads, including OEM co‑op programs and local dealership campaigns
- Oversee paid social advertising with a focus on lead generation and conversion efficiency
- Optimize the lead funnel including landing pages, forms, CTAs, and offer structure
- Manage and coordinate external automotive digital ad vendors to ensure performance standards are met
- Set up, test, and continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing of offers, creative, and ad copy
- Track and manage monthly digital ad spend by store, ensuring efficiency and accountability
- Monitor key performance metrics including cost per lead, lead volume, conversion rates, and ROI
- Collaborate closely with Sales Managers to align promotions with inventory and sales objectives
- Report on campaign performance and provide actionable, data‑driven insights
