Role Description

The Digital Marketing Manager will drive the company's online presence and implement innovative strategies to strengthen brand visibility. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune. Responsibilities include developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, analyzing marketing metrics, optimizing SEO/SEM strategies, and coordinating with the creative team for compelling content. The role also involves conducting market research, identifying target audiences, and leveraging digital tools to enhance customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and digital campaign strategy development
• Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing platforms
• Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Canva, or other visual design tools is an advantage
• Analytical skills to evaluate key performance metrics and adapt marketing strategies
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Understanding of branding and targeting strategies for driving engagement and growth
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; certifications in Digital Marketing are a plus
• Experience in the interior design or related industry is a bonus
