Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute global media strategies across multiple international markets. This role is responsible for building brand presence, driving engagement, and supporting business objectives through data-driven, creative, and platform-specific social media initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing multi-market social media campaigns, working with cross-functional creative teams, and aligning social content with broader marketing, PR, and event strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with global brand and campaign objectives.
- Create market-specific social media plans for Australia, Singapore, Dubai, Canada, and India, considering cultural nuances and platform behavior.
- Define content pillars, messaging frameworks, and campaign calendars for ongoing and project-based initiatives.
Content & Campaign Management
- Oversee creation and scheduling of high-quality content including posts, reels, stories, carousels, live coverage, and post-event highlights.
- Collaborate with internal design, video, and event teams to ensure consistent visual and narrative storytelling.
- Lead real-time social media execution during live events, launches, and global activations.
Platform Ownership
- Manage and optimize performance across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and emerging platforms as relevant.
- Ensure platform-specific best practices are followed for reach, engagement, and conversions.
Analytics & Performance
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including reach, engagement, growth, and campaign ROI.
- Use insights to continuously optimize content, posting schedules, and paid amplification strategies (where applicable).
- Prepare post-campaign and post-event performance reports for internal and client stakeholders.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with global clients, internal leadership, creative teams, and external partners.
- Align social media strategy with PR, marketing, sponsorship, and event delivery teams.
- Support proposal decks, pitch presentations, and client strategy documents with social media insights and ideas.
Required Skills & Experience
- 47 years of experience in digital media strategy, preferably within events, experiential marketing, agency, or brand environments.
- Proven experience managing global or multi-region social media accounts.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, storytelling, and brand voice across cultures.
- Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools.
- Excellent written communication skills in English; ability to adapt tone for different markets.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in MICE, event marketing, entertainment, lifestyle, or corporate branding sectors.
- Familiarity with paid social media strategy and campaign amplification.
- Exposure to international clients and cross-border teams.
- Basic understanding of influencer collaborations and community management.
