About the Role
We're looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid advertising efforts across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns that drive measurable business results whether that's leads, conversions, or revenue.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads
- Own campaign budgets and allocate spend based on performance and business priorities
- Monitor key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPL) daily and optimize bids, audiences, creatives, and landing pages
- Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixels, UTM tagging, and attribution across platforms
- Run A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
- Build and present weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to brief and iterate on ad creatives
- Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices
What We're Looking For
- 35 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager (adjust seniority as needed)
- Proven track record of managing monthly ad budgets of X+ and delivering against CPA/ROAS targets (fill in your budget range)
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and attribution models
- Experience with A/B testing and a data-first approach to decision-making
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Google Ads certification is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English
Nice to Have
- Experience with programmatic advertising or DSPs
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
- Experience running lead-gen campaigns for B2B or performance campaigns for D2C/e-commerce (pick what's relevant)
- Basic knowledge of SEO and organic social media
