Bloon Toys is currently at an important stage of growth making the transition from niche to mainstream which makes this an exciting time to join. The role will work closely with the founder and senior marketing team to help scale growth while staying true to the brand's intent and values. Over the last year, the team has grown from 15 to 35, and expect to scale a lot more in the coming years.
Role Description
We're looking for a Digital & Performance Marketing Manager to lead Bloon's digital growth engine.
This role sits at the centre of performance marketing, analytics, and content collaboration.
You will be responsible for scaling acquisition while protecting traffic quality, diagnosing performance fluctuations, and working closely with the brand and content teams to translate insight into action.
As part of an early stage startup, you will be expected to think deeply, get your hands dirty, and build systems that help the business learn.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for driving growth across the customer journey funnel, from identifying opportunities and barriers for acquisition, to testing conversion strategies, tracking key performance metrics and scaling what works. You will be required to develop a strong understanding of the big picture brand strategy and translate it into actionable ideas across the funnel.
