Job Description
Digital Advertising & Campaign Management
- Plan, set up, execute and optimise digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and other relevant paid digital channels.
- Manage day-to-day campaign performance, including targeting, audience segmentation, creative coordination and optimisation.
- Monitor advertising performance leads and conversions, and recommend improvements based on campaign data.
- Execute digital campaigns in line with the hospital's marketing priorities and broader digital direction.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
SEO & Search Visibility
- Manage day-to-day SEO activities to improve organic search visibility across the hospital's brands and services.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO improvements.
- Monitor organic search performance and identify opportunities to improve rankings, website traffic and conversions.
- Maintain and optimise Google Business Profiles across relevant locations.
- Ensure business information, services and other relevant digital listings remain accurate and current.
Website & Digital Content
- Manage and update day-to-day website content across the hospital's brands.
- Create and optimise landing pages, service pages, campaign content and online forms to support marketing objectives.
- Review website content regularly to ensure information remains accurate, relevant and aligned with the hospital's services.
- Coordinate with the Digital Transformation Manager on website changes involving technical configuration, systems or integrations.
- Identify opportunities to improve the user journey and conversion performance of marketing-related website content.
Content Development & Social Media
- Develop and maintain social media and digital content calendars across relevant channels.
- Plan, create, coordinate, schedule and publish engaging digital content.
- Work closely with veterinarians, specialists and clinical teams to develop accurate, relevant and educational content.
- Translate clinical and specialist information into accessible and engaging content for pet owners and other relevant audiences.
- Ensure brand messaging and tone remain consistent across digital channels.
- Monitor social media performance and engagement and use insights to continuously improve content effectiveness.
Email Marketing
- Plan, create and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Manage campaign schedules and appropriate audience segmentation.
- Monitor email performance, including engagement, click-through rates and conversions.
- Identify opportunities to improve email engagement and campaign effectiveness.
Digital Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance across paid advertising, SEO, websites, social media, email and other marketing channels.
- Track relevant marketing metrics, including website traffic, engagement, leads and conversions.
- Prepare regular digital marketing performance reports.
- Translate marketing data into practical recommendations to improve campaign and channel performance.
- Work with the Digital Transformation Manager to ensure marketing reporting supports broader digital and organisational objectives.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with clinicians, department heads and internal stakeholders to understand marketing requirements and priorities.
- Coordinate digital marketing activities across the hospital's brands and services.
- Liaise with external vendors and suppliers where required, subject to appropriate internal approvals.
- Support marketing initiatives, campaigns and other digital projects as reasonably required.
Digital Marketing Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain day-to-day ownership of marketing campaigns, content and channel publishing within agreed organisational priorities.
- Continuously review digital marketing performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reach, engagement and conversion.
- Maintain appropriate documentation relating to campaigns, marketing assets and performance.
- Ensure digital marketing activities are conducted in accordance with the hospital's brand standards, internal policies and applicable requirements.
- Work closely with the Digital Transformation Manager during the initial onboarding and familiarisation period to understand the hospital's brands, digital ecosystem and performance measurement approach.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant digital marketing experience, preferably in a hands-on, multi-channel role.
- Strong practical experience in Google Ads, paid social, SEO, website content, social media and email marketing.
- Good understanding of digital analytics and performance reporting, with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
- Strong communication, organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and results-driven experience in healthcare, veterinary, professional services or a multi-brand environment would be an advantage.
