AV Academy is looking for a professional Digital Marketing Strategist / Manager who can handle both company-level marketing and client accounts with proper planning, execution, and structured management.
Role Overview:The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing complete digital marketing strategies for the company as well as assigned clients, ensuring professionalism, consistency, and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies
- Manage digital marketing activities for the company and multiple clients
- Handle client communication, strategy presentations, and performance reporting
- Ensure proper task management, timelines, and execution quality
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize using analytics
- Maintain documentation and professional workflows
Requirements:- 13 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong understanding of paid ads, SEO, social media, and analytics
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients professionally
- Strong communication and management skills
- Ownership mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:- Candidates based in Lucknow will be given priority
- Strong and verifiable portfolio is mandatory
- Teaching or training experience in Digital Marketing is a plus
- Prior agency or multi-client handling experience
