About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead B2C growth across acquisition, engagement, retention, and app marketing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is deeply data-driven, and has hands-on experience scaling performance and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
You will own end-to-end digital growth - driving user acquisition, improving funnel conversion, maximizing LTV, and building sustainable growth engines across paid, owned, and app channels.
Additionally, you will leverage AI-driven tools and automation to enhance marketing efficiency, personalization, and decision-making at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Performance Marketing
- Own and scale performance marketing across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Ads, Programmatic, Affiliate, and emerging platforms.
- Drive user acquisition with a strong focus on CAC, ROAS, LTV, cohort & creatives performance.
- Plan and execute full-funnel growth strategies from awareness to conversion.
- Leverage AI tools for bid optimization, audience targeting, and creative testing to improve campaign performance.
App Marketing
- Lead app marketing initiatives including app installs, re-engagement, and retention.
- Optimize ASO (App Store Optimization) to improve discoverability and organic installs.
- Run app-specific campaigns for installs, in-app events, re-marketing and conversions.
Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
- Design and execute retention strategies using CRM channels such as push notifications, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app messaging.
- Improve user activation, repeat usage, and churn reduction through data-led lifecycle programs.
- Work closely with product and analytics teams to optimize user journeys.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track, analyze, and report on key growth metrics including acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, and referral.
- Conduct A/B testing, funnel analysis, and cohort analysis to drive continuous optimization.
- Use tools like GA4, Firebase, Appsflyer/Adjust, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.
Strategy & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with product, tech, design, and content teams to launch and scale growth initiatives.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships (if applicable).
- Mentor junior team members.
- Drive adoption of AI-led marketing practices across teams to improve efficiency and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2C digital marketing with strong exposure to growth and performance marketing.
- Hands-on expertise in paid media, user acquisition, and app marketing.
- Strong understanding of retention, lifecycle marketing, and CRM automation.
- Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and forecasting growth outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience in consumer tech, e-commerce, fintech, gaming, or mobile-first products.
- Experience scaling high-growth B2C products.
- Startup or fast-scaling company experience.
