Job Description

Role Purpose

To drive profitable sell-out growth across E-Commerce and Quick Commerce platforms by owning performance marketing strategy, media execution, ROI governance, and continuous optimization in close partnership with E-Com and Q-Com sales teams.

Ownership & Accountability

Direct accountability for media spend efficiency, ROAS improvement, campaign outcomes, and budget governance. The role is expected to proactively course-correct, optimize, and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute performance marketing strategy across E-Commerce and Quick Commerce platforms
  • Plan and manage annual and monthly media budgets aligned to business priorities and platform calendars
  • Execute and optimize paid campaigns across search, display, sponsored ads, and platform-native tools
  • Continuously improve ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and cost efficiencies through testing and optimization
  • Work closely with E-Com / Q-Com KAMs to align media spends with availability, pricing, and stock health
  • Own performance dashboards tracking spend, sales uplift, ROAS, and contribution margins
  • Partner with finance for spend reconciliation, ROI tracking, and governance
  • Drive hyperlocal performance strategies for Quick Commerce including city and dark-store level execution
  • Manage agencies with clear KPIs and outcome-linked accountability

Candidate Profile

5–8 years of performance marketing experience with hands-on exposure to E-Commerce and Quick Commerce platforms. Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, contribution margin, and platform ad ecosystems. With proven track record of past assignments.
