Fixed Pay: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 (Based on experience)
Performance Incentive: ₹5,000 - ₹15,000 extra based on Qualified Lead Generation targets.
Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹50,000 per month.

About the Role: We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our IVF client accounts. Your primary goal will be to design and execute marketing funnels that generate high-quality inquiries (leads) for fertility treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Run high-converting Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns targeting couples seeking fertility solutions.
- Content Strategy: Oversee the creation of empathetic, informative, and educational content (blogs, videos, testimonials) that builds trust.
- SEO & Local Search: Optimize the IVF centers Google Business Profiles to ensure they rank high for IVF center near me searches.
- Funnel Optimization: Manage landing pages and lead-nurturing sequences (WhatsApp/Email) to convert cold leads into clinic appointments.
- Analytics: Track Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Lead-to-Patient conversion rates.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in Google Ads (SEM) and Meta Ads Manager.
- Deep understanding of HIPAA or Indian healthcare advertising guidelines (avoiding guaranteed results language).
- Strong analytical skills using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
