Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Manager role based in Neemrana. The Digital Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns for hotel and resort clients, including search, social media, email, and performance marketing. Responsibilities include developing property-specific digital strategies, managing hotel ad campaigns (such as Google Ads and social media ads), and overseeing hospitality SEO and GMB optimization to drive direct bookings and visibility. The role involves monitoring and analyzing web analytics and campaign performance, preparing reports, and recommending data-driven improvements to revenue and lead-generation initiatives. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure brand consistency, strong ROI, and alignment with each property's revenue and occupancy goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with experience creating and executing integrated strategies for hospitality or related industries.
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing for brand awareness, engagement, and direct booking campaigns across major platforms.
  • Hands-on expertise in Lead Generation, particularly demand-generation systems that reduce dependency on OTAs and drive direct inquiries and bookings.
  • Ability to use Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, GSC, ad platform dashboards) to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and report results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience working with hotels, resorts, or the broader hospitality sector is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and persuasively.
  • Comfort working on-site in Neemrana, managing multiple client accounts, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
