Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive (Freshers welcome)

About the role

We sell kidswear to clothing brands overseas. You'll help us find new international buyers and start conversations with them. Full training is given; no garment knowledge needed.

What you'll do

• Research overseas clothing brands using Google, LinkedIn and trade show lists
• Find decision-maker contacts and maintain a lead sheet
• Send personalised emails and LinkedIn messages, and follow up
• Handle Alibaba enquiries (training given)
• Report weekly progress against targets

Who we want

• MBA (Marketing / International Business), freshers or up to 2 years experience
• BBA (International Business) graduates with strong English may also apply
• Excellent written English (most important)
• Comfortable with Google Sheets, email and LinkedIn
• Disciplined, patient, and willing to follow a process

Salary: 20,000–25,000 per month fixed + monthly incentive on leads and orders

Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

Probation: 3 months, with full training and weekly targets

Growth: top performers move to a senior role with higher pay
