Digital Marketing Lead (Full-Time & Remote)

We're Hiring: Digital Marketing Lead

Pit Crew Agency is looking for a highly driven marketer who can lead and manage the agency's marketing division across content, strategy, and paid growth.

This is not just a social media posting role.

We're looking for someone who understands how brands grow online through strategy, creativity, analytics, and execution.

Role Type: Full-Time (6 days week), Remote Job

Remuneration: 35,000 to 45,000 per month (based on experience & creative capabilities)

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage social media marketing strategies for client brands 

• Develop content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc. 

• Research competitors, market trends, and audience behavior 

• Coordinate with designers and content teams for smooth execution 

• Plan and manage Meta & Google ad campaigns 

• Monitor ad performance, optimise campaigns, and improve ROAS 

• Handle retargeting and audience segmentation strategies 

• Analyse content and campaign performance using insights and analytics 

• Contribute to overall brand growth strategy for clients 

• Manage multiple client accounts and marketing deliverables 

What We're Looking For:

• Good understanding of content strategy and audience psychology

• Strong understanding of social media marketing and paid ads 

• Experience running Meta ad campaigns 

• Ability to analyse performance data and make strategic decisions 

• Strong communication and project management skills 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment 

Bonus Points If You:

• Have agency experience 

• Understand branding and creative direction 

• Have experience with healthcare or service-based brands 

• Understand funnels, lead generation, and retargeting
