The Opportunity: Canary Digital is an AI-First technology company. We are not a traditional agency; we build our own technology. As we expand, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to orchestrate our delivery operations using our proprietary AI suite.

The Mission: You will lead a talented team of marketers, ensuring that our delivery engine runs with precision. Your goal is to scale our operational capacity by combining human strategy with our internal AI platforms (Canary Social & Canary SEO) to deliver faster, smarter results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of SEO, Social, and Performance Marketing campaigns. You will be the strategic anchor for our key accounts.
• Tech-Enabled Efficiency: Leverage our proprietary tools (Canary Social, Canary SEO) to automate routine workflows, allowing your team to focus on high-value strategy rather than manual execution.
• Operational Excellence: Refine our delivery models. You will design the SOPs that allow us to scale client volume without compromising quality.
• Team Mentorship: Mentor and guide the team. You will foster a culture of Strategic Thinking, helping team members move beyond execution to drive real client value.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 4+ years in a fast-paced Digital Agency is mandatory. You are comfortable managing multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Education:MBA, B.Tech, or equivalent degree preferred. We value analytical thinkers who understand the business side of technology.
• A Player-Coach: You lead from the front. You can build a strategy, but you also understand the technical nuances of the platforms.
• Tech-Forward: You are excited by the idea of using AI tools to eliminate repetitive work and improve campaign performance.
