We are looking for a hybrid Digital Marketing Junior & Lead Content Creator who can strategize like a seasoned marketer and execute like a master creative. If you can build a campaign from the ground up, manage the budget, and personally edit the 3D visual assets and short-form video reels that drive its success, we want you to be the part of our digital growth.
The RoleThis is a high-impact execution role. You will not only define our digital marketing strategy, manage advertising budgets, and analyze ROI, but you will also be hands-on in the creative process. You will oversee all digital channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email) while personally producing high-converting visual collateral, motion graphics, and engaging video content.
Strategic & Managerial Responsibilities- Digital Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Performance & Analytics: Track, measure, and report on all core KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate) using advanced analytics tools to optimize campaign performance in real-time.
- Budget Ownership: Allocate and manage digital advertising budgets to maximize lead generation and customer acquisition.
- SEO & Content Strategy: Drive organic growth through technical SEO, keyword research, and a cohesive content calendar aligned with our brand objectives.
- CRM & Lead Nurturing: Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Brand Development: Ensure a consistent, high-quality brand voice and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
Creative & Content Production Responsibilities- Short-Form Video Production: Direct, shoot, and heavily edit high-retention UGC video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks) utilizing trending audio, pacing, and transitions.
- Graphic & Poster Design: Design scroll-stopping posters, social media carousels, ad creatives, and professional digital collateral from scratch.
- Motion Graphics & 3D Editing: Create dynamic motion graphics and integrate 3D elements into marketing materials for a cutting-edge, modern aesthetic.
- A/B Testing Creatives: Continuously design and test multiple variations of ad copy and visual creatives to determine what resonates best with our target audience.
Required Software & Tech Stack Mastery- The Adobe Suite Master: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- 3D Design & Editing: Hands-on experience with 3D modeling and rendering software (Blender, Cinema 4D, or equivalent) to elevate our visual campaigns.
- Canva Pro: Highly efficient in utilizing Canva for rapid, high-quality graphic creation, template building, and collaborative design.
- Digital Advertising Platforms: Deep expertise in running and optimizing campaigns natively in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Analytics & Tracking: Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and native social media insights.
- SEO & Market Research Tools: Proficiency in Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms for keyword research and competitor analysis.
- CRM & Email Marketing: Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo.
- Social Media Management: Skilled in using scheduling and social listening tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
Qualifications & Attributes- Proven track record (2 -3 years) blending digital marketing management with high-level content creation.
- A stellar portfolio and showreel demonstrating your expertise in graphic design, short-form video editing, and 3D/motion graphics.
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable creative strategies.
