Digital Marketing - Junior Analyst
Role Overview
Namshi is hiring a Digital Marketing Junior Analyst to support the execution and optimization of performance marketing channels. This role is ideal for someone early in their performance marketing career who is highly analytical and comfortable working with numbers and data.
You will assist in managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and identifying growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns
- Monitor daily performance metrics across acquisition channels
- Prepare reports and performance dashboards
- Assist in budget pacing and performance tracking
- Conduct campaign analysis and identify optimization opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign launches and tracking
- Support testing initiatives and campaign experiments
Requirements
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience
- Experience in e-commerce or agency-side performance marketing
- Strong with numbers and data analysis
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Familiarity with executing campaigns on performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Snapchat etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Experience with attribution tools and analytics platforms
- SQL is a plus but not required
