Role Description

This is not a sit-and-observe internship.

You'll work directly with the Founder an IIM Ahmedabad alumnus and learn how psychology, strategy, and creativity come together to drive real growth.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Intern, located in Mumbai but with some work-from-home flexibility. The Digital Marketing Intern will work daily on social media marketing, digital marketing campaigns, web analytics, and online marketing strategies. Responsibilities include creating, optimizing, and reporting on digital marketing initiatives to drive engagement and conversion.

Qualifications

• Experience in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing
• Knowledge of Web Analytics and Online Marketing
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Familiarity with rent-based models and the real estate industry is a plus
• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program related to Marketing, Business, or a similar field.
