Key Responsibilities
Create engaging content including posts, reels, and stories
Develop social media strategies aligned with brand goals
Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar
Post and manage content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Identify and follow current trends to create relevant content
Drive audience engagement through creative ideas and captions
Monitor performance insights and optimize content accordingly
Requirements
Strong understanding of social media platforms
Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
Good communication and content writing skills
Creative thinking with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
