Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Performance Marketing Trainee who wants to build a career in digital advertising. This role is ideal for someone with no prior work experience but a strong interest in learning how online advertising works.
You will be trained on how to manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Over time, you will learn how businesses generate leads and sales using paid marketing channels.
This role involves hands-on learning, campaign analysis, and working closely with experienced marketers to understand real-world advertising strategies.
What You Will Learn
How Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms work
Campaign setup and account structure
Keyword research and audience targeting
Writing effective ad copy
Basic analytics and campaign performance tracking
Understanding cost per lead, ROAS, and marketing metrics
Conversion tracking and basic tagging concepts
Key Responsibilities
Assist in setting up and managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
Conduct basic keyword and competitor research
Help monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
Support the team with ad copy, creative testing, and campaign adjustments
Track performance metrics such as clicks, conversions, and cost per result
Help maintain campaign documentation and naming conventions
Learn and follow best practices for campaign optimization
Requirements
Strong interest in digital marketing and online advertising
Basic understanding of Google and Meta Ad platforms.
Good analytical and problem-solving mindset
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic data
Good written communication skills
Willingness to learn and take feedback
Preferred
Basic knowledge of Google Ads or Facebook Ads
Completed any digital marketing course or certification
Familiarity with Google Analytics or marketing tools
