Job Description
Responsibilities
Execute and optimize SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization and backlink analysis.
Manage SEM campaigns across Google Ads, including Search, Display, Remarketing, and Performance Max campaigns.
Monitor website performance and user behavior using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare actionable reports and insights.
Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities to improve organic and paid marketing performance.
Improve website traffic, engagement, and conversions. Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
Support lead generation, client acquisition and brand awareness initiatives across digital channels.
Perform A/B testing on ads, landing page, and marketing creatives to improve campaign effectiveness.
Assist in email marketing, marketing automation, and retargeting campaigns.
Requirements
0-1 year of experience with good understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, keyword research, and performance marketing principles.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs or SimilarWeb.
Basic understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and digital marketing funnels.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
