Job Description
Marketing Automation trainee will support the MarTech team in execution, monitoring and optimisation of automated communication journeys across Push, WhatsApp, App and Web channels. The trainee will work closely with the Marketing Automation Executive and Manager to ensure timely campaign execution, data accuracy, journey hygiene and reporting support.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in building and executing automated journeys on Netcore (Push and WhatsApp).
- Support creation of customer segments based on behaviour, region, crop type and lifecycle
stage.
- Upload and manage campaign content including templates, deeplinks and tracking parameters.
- Perform quality checks before campaign and journey launches.
- Monitor delivery metrics such as sent, delivered, clicks and failures.
- Maintain journey trackers, SOP documents and campaign calendars.
- Support A/B testing execution and documentation.
- Coordinate with Creative team for assets and template updates.
- Assist in identifying journey breaks, delays or trigger failures and escalate
