Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Content & posting:
- Create and publish 12-16 posts per month across social media platforms.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and brand tone.
- Deliver engaging and high-quality content using Canva, Adobe and other graphic tools.
- Coordinate with the team to plan monthly content calendars.
- Social media growth:
- Create and publish 12-16 posts.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and brand tone.
- Deliver engaging and high-quality content.
- Maintain an engagement rate of 3-5% across posts.
- Actively respond to DMs, comments, and engage with relevant industry accounts.
- Branding & design:
- Ensure visual consistency across all creatives, brochures and banners.
- Design marketing collaterals (Flyers, WhatsApp banners, email headers).
- Support website content updates with fresh visuals and copy.
- Digital campaigns:
- Assist in setting up and monitoring Google Ad campaigns (23 campaigns in 6 months).
- Prepare monthly performance reports covering impressions, clicks, and leads.
- Suggest keyword improvements or creative adjustments for better results.
- Reporting and communication:
- Submit a weekly activity report summarizing tasks completed.
- Prepare a monthly analytics report showing growth and engagement.
- Proactively communicate ideas and improvements to the management team.
