Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CRM & Marketing Intern at ourBengaluru office for 3 Months.

Are you interested in digital marketing and customer engagement Join Zoomcar's Marketing team and gain hands-on experience in CRM campaigns and marketing operations.

What You'll Do:

• Execute campaigns across Push Notifications, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, and Email.
• Perform campaign QA to ensure accurate copy, links, targeting, and scheduling.
• Manage campaign calendars, creatives, and execution trackers.
• Track campaign performance and maintain reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Support audience uploads and ongoing CRM operations.

What We're Looking For:

• Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing.
• Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.

Prior CRM or digital marketing experience is a plus, but not mandatory!
