About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to manage, publish, and promote our content across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should understand current social media trends, know how to optimize content for visibility, and be capable of implementing basic marketing strategies to boost engagement and reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly post and schedule content across all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan and execute strategies to increase reach, visibility, and engagement.
• Assist in content optimization (captions, hashtags, timing, etc.) to maximize performance.
• Monitor page analytics and prepare short weekly reports on growth and engagement metrics.
• Identify trending content formats, hashtags, and marketing opportunities relevant to The Convoke's niche.
• Coordinate with the creative and research teams to ensure timely posting and brand consistency.
• Support in boosting posts and campaigns to reach wider audiences.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Familiarity with post boosting and paid ad management is a plus.
• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and brand tone.
