Role Description

We are seeking a talented digital marketers and content creator and enthusiastic social media champion to intern with us.

It's an opportunity to earn while you learn. You will not only be trained in various hard skills like digital marketing, social media, and content creation, but you will also learn multiple soft skills like communication, collaboration, negotiation, media relations, and public speaking. We are looking for passionate persons who can grow with us in both in knowledge and opportunity.

This role will be hybrid, a combination of remote work and to discuss and brainstorm ideas. This is a paid internship offer for three months. At the end of the internship period, you may be absorbed on a suitable role, if you are deemed fit for the organisation.

What the typical job will look like

  • Create engaging and original content for various social media platforms, such as posts, stories, reels, videos, graphics, etc. and distribute them on various social media platforms, such as Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Podcast etc.
  • Design multimedia, infographics, videos, and audio for the execution of social media campaigns, blogs, and podcasts.
  • Work with the host to brainstorm & ideate content and implement campaigns. Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
  • Research and monitor social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
  • Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability.
  • Analyze and report on social media metrics, performance, and the success of campaigns.
  • Develop & manage content calendars on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Maintain and optimise social media accounts, tracking web analytics, and supporting online marketing strategies.
  • Develop email campaigns using tools like Zoho Champaign.

The role provides hands-on experience in the digital marketing domain, with opportunities to collaborate within a lively and creative environment.

Whom we are looking for:

We are seeking candidates with no to two years of experience in social media/digital marketing. Your education is not a requirement. However, you should have a passion for social media and a flair for copy writing. You should have good analytics and strong communication skills.

  • Candidates with interest and enthusiasm to master digital marketing skills and social media campaigns are the most useful. You must have excellent knowledge of social media platforms.
  • A basic knowledge of social media advertisement and digital marketing is preferred. Open web analytic tools including social media analytics like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights can be at your advantage.
  • Knowledge of SEO is a plus but not mandatory.
  • You must have basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or AI design tools etc.
  • You must know how to use various AI tools for creating post etc.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
  • Experience or familiarity with Web Analytics and Online Marketing.
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Creative problem-solving ability and keen attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for engaging with audiences and staying updated on digital marketing trends.
