Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Intern role based in Gurugram. The intern will support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online channels to build brand awareness and engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and scheduling social media posts, assisting with content creation, monitoring campaign performance, and compiling basic analytics reports. The role involves coordinating with marketing and sales teams to align messaging, conducting online research on industry trends and competitors, and helping optimize web and social content for reach and conversion. The intern will also assist in community management by responding to comments and inquiries under guidance from senior team members.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing to support campaign planning and execution across digital platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics to help track performance, interpret basic data, and contribute to optimization initiatives.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, for creating content and coordinating with internal teams.
• Basic understanding of insurance or financial services, or a strong interest in learning about the sector, is beneficial.
• Pursuing or having recently completed a degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, content management tools, and basic office productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) is an advantage.
