Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and curate engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop short-form videos, reels, and visual assets for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Assist in planning and managing the content calendar to align with marketing campaigns and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with Design, Product Marketing, and Employer Branding teams to deliver creative, cross-functional campaigns.
  • Conduct market and trend research to discover new opportunities for audience engagement and brand visibility.
  • Monitor content performance metrics and provide insights to improve reach, engagement, and effectiveness.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree (or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Mass Communication, English, Media Studies, or related fields.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English.
  • Basic proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, Buffer, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of SEO principles, content strategy, and emerging social media trends.
  • Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
