Job Description:
We are looking for intern for our growth team to manage a large-scale social media project in each major regional language (Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi) and ensure the execution of growth strategies for different audiences. You'll be closely working with content creators, video editors, and marketing teams
Responsibilities:
Daily Operations & Reporting:
- Monitor and update daily performance reports including leads generated, user activity, engagement rates, and campaign outcomes.
- Analyze everyday statistics and share insights on growth performance and lead trends.
- Track, backtrack, and maintain reports on College Dost's daily growth metrics and performance dashboards.
- Collaborate with the team to generate actionable insights from performance data for decision-making.
Lead Generation & Platform Development:
- Work on lead generation platform development tasks assigned by the Reporting Person (RP), including improving tracking systems and optimizing workflows.
- Explore and identify new lead generation paths, growth opportunities, and student engagement strategies.
- Research and shortlist influencers, micro-creators, and student ambassadors suitable for regional campaigns.
- Support influencer onboarding and partnership coordination for brand collaborations.
- Contribute to developing and executing lead gen experiments to improve conversion and reach.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Marketing, Engineering).
- Strong analytical with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
