Day-to-day responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and monitoring Meta and Google ad campaigns — tracking spend, CTR, and flagging anything that looks off
- Create and schedule social media content across Instagram and other platforms for agency clients using Canva or similar tools
- Research competitor brands, trending content, and audience insights to support campaign strategy
- Compile weekly performance data from Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics into structured reports
- Support marketplace operations — updating product listings, images, and descriptions on platforms like Amazon and Myntra
- Coordinate between the agency and the in-house brand — relaying briefs, timelines, and creative feedback to ensure both sides move in sync without bottlenecks
Preferred skills
- Basic familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads — even self-taught or through a course
- Proficiency in Canva for creating social media creatives and ad visuals
- Good written communication in English — for captions, briefs, and client-facing documents
- Comfortable working in Google Sheets for data entry, basic formulas, and reporting
- Active on Instagram with an understanding of what makes content perform — reels, hooks, engagement
- Strong coordination and follow-through — able to manage multiple moving pieces, track pending tasks, and communicate clearly between teams without needing to be chased
