About The Role
Aditya Stagecraft is looking for a creative, self-motivated and proactive Digital Marketing Intern who wants to gain real, hands-on experience in digital marketing while working with a growing venture. Role Overview This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in building and maintaining the digital presence of Aditya Stagecraft. You will get the opportunity to work on content, social media, digital communication and online brand growth.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media content
- Create content for Instagram and LinkedIn
- Develop content ideas, captions and creative concepts
- Work on reels and short-form content
- Conduct basic content and trend research
- Help build and maintain a consistent online presence
- Support website and other digital content
- Conduct basic audience research and engagement
- Explore new digital marketing strategies and ideas
- Track basic content performance and insights
- Support overall brand visibility and online growth
Requirements
- Creative and curious
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Comfortable working independently
- Interested in social media and digital marketing
- Willing to experiment, learn and take ownership
- Good written communication skills
- Familiarity with Canva, Instagram and LinkedIn will be an advantage
What We Offer
- Work Mode: Work From Home
- Duration: 1–3 months
- Commitment: 2–3 days per week
- Working Hours: 4–5 hours per day

- Compensation
- This is currently an unpaid internship with a performance-based revenue-sharing opportunity of 5%–15%, where applicable, based on direct contribution to successfully converted business.
