Digital Marketing Trainee (Performance Marketing)

 Location: Baner, Pune

Department: Ad Operations (PPC)

Experience Required: 0 - 1 year

Annual CTC: 1.92 LPA

Offer up to ₹3 LPA upon successful completion of the probation period, based on performance and evaluation.

Job Summary

We are looking for creative, analytical, and communication-driven individuals who are passionate about digital marketing and performance advertising. This role is ideal for candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing who are looking to grow in a fast-paced agency environment.

As a Digital Marketing Trainee, you will work closely with the performance marketing team to assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across platforms like Google and Meta.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Support the execution of performance marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts
  • Conduct audience research and analyse consumer behaviour and market trends
  • Coordinate with design and content teams for campaign creatives and assets
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports
  • Assist in keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign optimization
  • Support website and landing page optimization activities
  • Stay updated with digital trends, platform updates, and competitor activities

Requirements

  • 0-1 year of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing
  • Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Creative thinking with problem-solving ability
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
  • Good understanding of social media and digital trends
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Completed Graduation
