Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Content & Campaign
Manager Intern to lead our brand's presence across key social platforms including
LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This role combines content strategy,
campaign execution, analytics, and AI-driven innovation to drive engagement and brand
growth.
Key Responsibilities
*1. Content Strategy & Management*
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook,
Instagram, and TikTok
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals
• Coordinate with internal teams for content ideas, campaigns, and messaging
*2. Campaign Execution (Paid & Organic)*
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns for branding and awareness
• Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (CTR, CPC, engagement,
reach)
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, captions, and audience targeting
3. Analytics & Reporting*
• Track and analyze engagement metrics and campaign performance
• Prepare and present KPI reports to business stakeholders
• Provide actionable insights to improve content and campaign effectiveness
*4. AI & Automation*
• Identify opportunities to automate content creation and publishing workflows
• Leverage AI tools for content generation, scheduling, analytics, and optimization
• Continuously explore new tools and trends to improve efficiency and creativity
*5. Trend Monitoring & Innovation*
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor
activities
• Experiment with new formats (reels, short-form videos, carousels, etc.)
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
• MBA (preferred) or currently pursuing/completed a degree in Marketing,
Business, or related field
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram,
TikTok)
• Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation (preferred but not mandatory)
• Creative thinking with attention to detail
