We're looking for someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, click, enquire and eventually buy.

At Chate, you'll work on real education-focused campaigns, student products, content, lead-generation funnels and launches — not dummy assignments.

What You'll Work On

• Create and execute content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn

• Research trends, competitors, student behaviour and content ideas

• Assist with Meta Ads and digital campaign execution

• Write captions, ad copy, hooks and promotional content

• Coordinate with designers, video editors and the marketing team

• Help create Reels, Shorts and performance creatives

• Track leads, campaign performance and basic marketing metrics

• Support landing pages, WhatsApp campaigns and product launches

• Use AI tools for content, research and marketing execution

• Test new ideas and improve campaigns based on results

We're Looking For Someone Who

Understands Instagram, Reels and digital content

Has good communication and basic copywriting skills

Can work comfortably in English; Hindi/Marathi is a bonus

Is curious about marketing, advertising and consumer behaviour

Can use Canva and AI tools like ChatGPT

Learns quickly and executes quickly

Can research independently

Takes ownership instead of waiting for constant instructions

You do not need years of experience.
