Key Roles:

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Dive deep into data to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and suggest actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B testing to enhance conversion rates and ad performance.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
• Keep an eagle eye on industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the game.
• Work closely with the team to optimize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and maximize campaign efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

• A data-driven mindset with a passion for digital advertising.
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
• A creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Bonus Points If You:

• Have prior experience running ad campaigns (even personal projects count!)
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certified
• Have a strong understanding of SEO & landing page optimization
• Love experimenting with different ad formats and marketing strategies
