Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced and performance-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing initiatives for our real estate business. The candidate should have strong expertise in lead generation, paid campaigns, SEO, social media strategy, AI-driven marketing, and CRM management, with a proven ability to drive high-quality real estate leads and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • YouTube
  • Twitter (X)
  • Other relevant digital platforms
  • Drive performance marketing campaigns focused on real estate lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies along with working knowledge of:
  • GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
  • AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
  • Manage and grow social media presence through strategic content planning, campaign execution, and audience engagement.
  • Leverage AI tools for:
  • Content generation
  • Creative design
  • Video creation
  • Marketing automation
  • Hands-on management of Zoho CRM for lead tracking, automation, campaign management, and reporting.
  • Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and continuously optimize marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with sales and business teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8–15 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
  • Strong expertise in Performance Marketing and Lead Generation.
  • Proven experience handling large-scale ad budgets and multi-platform campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, GEO, and AEO practices.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with Zoho CRM.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Strong understanding of the real estate customer journey and digital acquisition strategies.
  • Ability to independently manage campaigns and deliver measurable business growth.
  • Updated with latest digital marketing and AI trends.
