Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist (Remote / Bengaluru)
This role is ideal for an ambitious marketing professional who wants to take ownership of brand growth, content strategy, and audience acquisition at a fast-growing AI consulting startup.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Thought Leadership
- Create and publish high-quality LinkedIn posts, articles, carousels, and newsletters focused on AI consulting, analytics, and business transformation
- Develop engaging content tailored for CXOs, enterprise leaders, and decision-makers
- Script and assist in editing short-form videos, reels, and thought leadership content
- Build and manage a consistent cross-platform content calendar
Paid Advertising & Growth
- Plan, execute, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
- Run LinkedIn Sponsored Content and audience-targeted campaigns
- Monitor campaign KPIs including CPM, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion metrics
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, and audience segments
Audience Expansion & Brand Building
- Grow Core Insights digital presence through community engagement and platform-native growth strategies
- Explore new acquisition channels including webinars, podcasts, and industry communities
- Manage email subscriber growth and engagement metrics
- Track analytics across platforms and prepare weekly performance reports
Qualifications Required
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, growth, or content-focused roles
- Strong content writing ability for B2B audiences and professional stakeholders
- Experience managing campaigns using Meta Ads Manager
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Rush, or DaVinci Resolve
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable working independently with ownership and accountability
- Ability to analyse dashboards and make data-driven decisions
Preferred
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Beehiiv, or Substack
- Basic understanding of AI, analytics, or technology consulting domains
- Canva or basic graphic design experience
- Prior experience working with consulting firms or B2B brands
