Job Summary:
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to help grow our eLearning business. If you have experience in managing digital campaigns, SEO, content creation, and social media, we'd like you to join our team. You'll work with business development to increase website traffic, boost engagement, and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Ads
- Set up and manage paid ads on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc., to drive traffic and increase brand visibility.
- SEO Optimization
- Improve website rankings by optimizing content, conducting keyword research, and building backlinks.
- Content Marketing
- Create content such as social media posts, blog articles, and case studies relevant to the eLearning audience.
- Social Media
- Manage and grow our presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Schedule posts and monitor results.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics. Provide insights to improve results.
- Email Marketing
- Run email campaigns, including designing templates and tracking open and click-through rates.
- Market & Competitor Research
- Stay updated on eLearning trends and competitor activities to refine our marketing strategies.
- Lead Generation
- Develop strategies to capture and nurture quality leads for our business.
- Client Coordination
- Communicate with clients to understand their goals and keep them updated on campaign progress.
- Website Updates
- Update website content using platforms like WordPress to keep it fresh and engaging.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing, especially SEO, paid ads, and social media.
- Content Creation: Ability to create engaging content for various digital platforms.
- Social Media Skills: Experience in managing social media and using scheduling tools.
- SEO/SEM Skills: Knowledge of SEO tools like SEMrush or Moz.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to track and analyze performance metrics.
- Communication & Collaboration: Good verbal and written skills for working with clients and team members.
- Basic Design Skills: Familiarity with tools like Canva or Photoshop for visual content.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Experience with marketing tools like HubSpot or Mailchimp.
