Job Description – Digital Marketing Generalist (B2B)
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Generalist who can work across multiple areas of marketing including website, paid ads, content, analytics, and design. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, adaptable, and willing to take ownership, rather than a specialist in one area.
Experience: 4 to 6 Years
Key Responsibilities
Website & CMS Management
- Manage and update website content using CMS (e.g., WordPress or similar)
- Support landing page creation and optimization
- Ensure website performance, UX, and basic SEO hygiene
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & SEM
- Improve organic traffic through keyword research and on-page optimization
- Support basic technical SEO (meta tags, page structure, indexing)
- Assist in running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
Performance Marketing (Basics)
- Support campaign setup and execution across:
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Monitor performance and suggest improvements
Content & Creative Support
- Create basic creatives using tools like Canva or AI tools
- Assist in content creation for:
- ads
- emails
- landing pages
- Support campaign messaging and execution
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Use tools like:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Search Console
- Track performance, analyze trends, and report on key metrics
- Maintain basic dashboards and reports using Excel
Email Marketing & Automation
- Support email campaign setup and execution
- Assist in managing drip campaigns and lead nurturing workflows
Social Media Support
- Assist in managing presence on platforms like:
- LinkedIn
- Instagram
- Support content posting and engagement tracking
Basic Technical Skills
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (nice to have)
- Working knowledge of:
- Google Analytics
- Search Console
- Excel
