We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms to drive brand awareness, leads, and conversions.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on:
- Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Create and optimize ad campaigns to improve ROI, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
- Develop engaging social media strategies and content calendars.
- Manage and grow social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Tag Manager.
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently and ensure maximum campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing and paid advertising.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
- Knowledge of SEO, remarketing, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other creative tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
