Digital Marketing Lead Ikka Dukka Ikka Dukka is looking for a highly motivated and experiencedDigital Marketing professionalto lead our online growth. We're a premium lifestyle and gifting brand, and this role is key to driving our digital presence, performance marketing, and customer engagement.
You'll work directly with the founder to craft and execute a strategic digital roadmap that increases visibility, drives sales, and builds lasting brand love.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with Ikka Dukka's brand and business goals.
- Plan, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.) and use data to refine and scale campaigns.
Content & Email Marketing
- Work with our creative team to develop compelling digital content across ads, emailers, landing pages, and more.
- Manage email marketingnewsletters, promotional campaigns, segmentation, and automation.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track website traffic, user behavior, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
- Identify growth opportunities and drive CRO (conversion rate optimization) initiatives.
- Regularly report on campaign performance with clear insights and recommendations.
What We're Looking For- 35 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a D2C or premium lifestyle brand.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and paid media buying.
- Comfortable with data, A/B testing, and optimizing for ROAS.
- Creative eye and attention to visual storytelling.
- Proactive, self-driven, and excited to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
