We are seeking a result-oriented Digital Marketing Expert who can design, execute, and optimise our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of digital channels, hands-on experience with marketing tools, and a proven track record of driving measurable growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, paid ads, and content marketing.
- Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook/Instagram Ads.
- Drive website traffic and lead generation through targeted campaigns.
- Manage and grow our social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
- Create, analyse, and optimise landing pages for higher conversions.
- Track and report on key marketing KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of content marketing, lead nurturing, and marketing automation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in B2B digital marketing and lead generation.
- Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience in video marketing, reels/shorts, and influencer outreach.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for landing page edits.
