Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Digital Marketing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, Email campaigns, SEO, social media management, and content marketing. This role is key to driving organic traffic, generating leads, and increasing online visibility for Transdyne.
Key Responsibilities
- Google Ads Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads to increase qualified leads.
- LinkedIn Campaigns: Develop and manage targeted LinkedIn campaigns to engage healthcare industry professionals and decision-makers.
- Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation, nurturing, and customer retention.
- Prospecting: Develop prospecting strategies to identify and target potential leads through digital marketing efforts, including paid ads, content, and social outreach.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve website ranking, visibility, and organic traffic.
- Content Marketing: Oversee blog writing, editing, and publishing to drive traffic and build brand authority.
- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage social media posts across various platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to enhance online presence.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
- Website Traffic Growth: Implement strategies to grow organic traffic through a mix of paid and organic marketing techniques.
- WordPress Website Management: Manage and update WordPress websites, including content publishing, landing page creation, plugin management, basic SEO implementation, and coordination with development teams for website improvements and campaign tracking.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on healthcare IT or related industries.
- Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaigns: Strong expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns.
- SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
- Email Marketing: Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
- WordPress Website Management: Manage and update WordPress websites, including content publishing, landing page creation, plugin management, basic SEO implementation, and coordination with development teams for website improvements and campaign tracking.
- Prospecting: Demonstrated experience in prospecting, lead identification, and nurturing.
- Content Creation: Experience with writing or managing blog content, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement tools.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Certifications: Google Ads, Google Analytics, or any relevant certifications are a plus.
