POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience in executing
WhatsApp and SMS marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience
in managing bulk messaging campaigns, customer segmentation, campaign scheduling,
performance tracking, and marketing automation
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Execute and manage WhatsApp and SMS campaigns for customer acquisition, engagement, lead nurturing, and promotional activities.
• Create campaign schedules and ensure timely execution.
• Segment customer databases for targeted communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand campaign requirements.
• Monitor campaign performance, including delivery, open rates, CTR, and conversions.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with TRAI and WhatsApp communication guidelines.
• Coordinate with external vendors and messaging platform providers.
• Maintain campaign records and customer databases.
• Support digital marketing initiatives across various customer touchpoints.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Required Skills
• 2–3 years of experience in WhatsApp and SMS campaign execution.
• Experience with WhatsApp Business API, SMS Gateway, or messaging platforms.
• Knowledge of campaign management and marketing automation tools.
• Good understanding of customer segmentation and data management.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in NBFC, FinTech, Banking, or Financial Services is preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and customer lifecycle marketing will be an added advantage.
