VIRGIO operates in the unique space of tech first, sustainability driven, fashion in India. We're three years into our journey & are growing from strength to strength. We're looking for someone who understands performance, content, funnels and execution.
We don't need someone who would just run ads, we need someone who could help build a brand from a performance perspective. You'll work across 3 of our brands, VIRGIO, Beyond The Curve & AMODIRA.
Office Location: Kudlu, Bangalore - 560064
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Work From Office)
Key Responsibilities
Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads from strategy to execution and scaling
Provide 360-degree funnel support across awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention
Monitor campaigns daily and optimise based on performance
Performance Content & Creative Support
Assist in performance-focused content creation
Help with scripting & content execution
Conceptualise quick Canva edits for performance creatives
Influencer & UGC Performance Content
Identify creators and content styles that drive conversions
Reach out to creators for UGC content
Coordinate briefs, timelines & deliverables
What We're Looking For
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads (1-3 years)
Strong understanding of performance marketing and funnels
Data-driven mindset with creative thinking
Proficiency in Canva
Strong ownership, curiosity, and problem-solving ability
