Job Description

Strategy & Planning:

Develop & Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. This includes defining target audiences, identifying appropriate channels, and setting measurable KPIs.

Campaign Planning & Management: Plan, execute, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising (PPC), social media marketing, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing and content marketing.

Budget Management: Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across different campaigns and channels.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Use this information to inform marketing strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

Forecasting & Reporting: Forecast campaign performance and provide regular reports on key metrics, including website traffic, conversions, engagement, and ROI.

Analytics & Reporting:

Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Utilize GA4 to track website traffic, user behavior, conversions, and other key metrics. Set up custom reports and dashboards to monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

Data Analysis & Insights: Analyse data from various sources to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. Use data to inform marketing decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.

Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance to stakeholders. Communicate key findings and recommendations clearly and effectively.

Google Tag Manager (GTM): Implement and manage tracking tags using Google Tag Manager. This allows for efficient tracking of events, conversions, and other important data points without requiring code changes.

Other Digital Marketing Activities:

Social Media Marketing: Manage social media presence and run social media marketing campaigns (if required).

Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote products/services (if required).

Content Marketing: Contribute to content creation and distribution across various channels.
